Cooling system:

CFD software was used to analyze and calculate the heat flow rate of the lamps, and a low noise cooling system was designed. For the lamp head, an imported thickened eddy current fan was adopted to dissipate heat from the direct blowing lamp, an imported 8*8 DC fan was adopted to dissipate heat from the lamp, and an imported 12*12 DC fan was adopted to dissipate heat from the lamp as a whole. Temperature at 40 degrees ambient temperature test completely passed (lamp temperature requirements ≤380°, the actual temperature ≤300°). The base adopts 2 6*6 imported DC fans, direct blow power supply and lamp lamplighter.

Power module design

The use of well-known Chinese brand power supply, as well as imported matching lamplights, the power supply system of the whole lamp is more stable and the function runs more smoothly.

Channel DMX: 16 channels and 20 channels, the channel mode can be set in the display board, and the factory standard setting is 16 channels
